In the first two weeks of March, data shows occupancy beginning to decline; 10 percent in the first week and 35 percent in the second week. San Diego County Hotel Performance – February 2020
2020 began with small gains in January and February coming off a soft first quarter in 2019.Demand grew 5.2 percent in the month of February boosting occupancy 2.8 percent to 77.5 percent in the County.Demand growth came from the transient market with Friday and Saturday nights posting the biggest gains in occupancy and ADR.
