Weekly Hotel Performance (April 12-April 18)

Moving into April, STR removed 9,509 rooms (15% of supply) in the County due to hotels reporting they are closed for the full month.Occupancy averaged 23.6% calculated from the reduced supply number.The county sold about 90,000 room nights in the week at an average daily rate of $93.12.Hotel room revenue continues to be down 85%.
