In the first full week of August, San Diego hotels averaged between 81.5% occupancy in Escondido to 91.7% in the UTC area. In the last full week of July 2019, occupancy and average daily rate actuals were high, though fell short of last year’s peaks. Occupancy rates ranged from 86.1% in Del Mar/Oceanside to 92.9% in Mission Valley.
