San Diego hotels in the month of July averaged 86.7 percent occupancy, down 2.4 percent compared to 2018, while the average daily rate (ADR) was $208.07, flat over last year (-0.2 percent).  San Diego occupancy for the month ranked 4th among top 25 markets, while ADR ranked 5th.
