Weekly Hotel Performance Update – August 7 – 13, 2022
San Diego hotel demand declined for the second week in a row as the summer leisure travel season begins to slow. County hotels sold a total of 356,135 room nights this last week, roughly equal to the number of RNs sold in the same week of 2021 but 24,000 RNs less than in 2019. Weekly Hotel Performance Update – July 31 to August 6, 2022
San Diego hotel demand decreased from the week prior by 16,000 RNs to settle at 377,484 room nights sold last week. This is almost identical to the number of room nights sold in the same week of 2021 but roughly 9,000 fewer than the same week in 2019.
