Weekly Hotel Performance Update – August 14 – 20, 2022
Hotel demand in San Diego maintained its seasonal path last week as summer draws to a close. County hotels sold a total of 350,673 room nights, more than 20,000 RNs higher than in 2021 but roughly 18,000 fewer RNs than the same week in 2019. The difference in RNs compared with 2019 is attributable in large part to a decrease of 14,000 RNs within the leisure market.
