This 10-minute video showcases plans to eliminate vehicular traffic from the park’s central Plaza de Panama, to reclaim the heart of the park for pedestrian use. The construction of a new Centennial Bridge will augment the flow of traffic from the east end of the Cabrillo Bridge to the Alcazar parking lot.

The plan also includes a new underground parking structure, as well as a proposed free tram system that will bring visitors from the parking structure to Plaza de Panama.
