- Mission Bay led the city’s submarkets at 85.1%, followed by Mission Valley (84.5%), then UTC (84.0%).
- ADR averaged $227, a 2.9% increase YoY.
- RevPAR reached $183, up 3.9% YoY.
- Group Performance at Upscale+ Properties:
- Group Room Nights Sold: 55,131 (+16,437 YoY)
- Group ADR: $292 (-6.1% YoY)
- Group RevPAR: $77 (+16.6% YoY)
- Two events at the convention center generated 24,145 room nights.
