San Diego Tourism Authority Members now have expanded benefits and access to Convention Center groups. Here’s a look at what’s new:
Show Your Badge offers
The SDTA and the San Diego Convention Center Corp. are coordinating the Show Your Badge program, which directs meeting attendees to take advantage of Members’ published offers while visiting San Diego. The program offers discounts at Member restaurants, bars, attractions, shopping destinations and many others.
Upcoming Convention Attendance Profile Email
SDTA Member businesses receive a report on the next month’s conventions with important
details, including convention dates, attendance and when to expect a lunch rush. Members can
use these details to plan for staffing and other needs affecting their day-to-day operations.
Convention Center Digital Signage
Members can now advertise on a network of large LED digital displays placed strategically at
highly trafficked areas throughout the Convention Center. The 10- or 15-second spots are designed to offer maximum exposure and push visitors to your business while attendees are visiting San Diego. The SDTA Media Kit has more details, as well as all advertising opportunities for Members.
Membership dues discounts can now be applied to owners/management groups with multiple
locations and concepts. Ask a SDTA Marketing Partnerships associate to see if your group
qualifies for the new discounted tiers.
