San Diego Hotel Pipeline Update

By the end of 2018, a total of eight properties opened (or re-opened) in San Diego County, adding 1,252 hotel rooms to the supply.  Several properties that were scheduled to open during this last year have been delayed into 2019, which currently lists fourteen hotels to open.  2019 poses to add another 2,379 rooms to the supply if all the hotels listed open as anticipated.
