The new San Diego destination website went live in beta mode on May 31st to our internal team and last week we provided access to this test environment to ConVis Members. You still have several weeks to review and update your content on the new site before we open it to the general public at the end of the month.
MemberNet Launch – June 14
The new MemberNet portal launched on June 14. At that time, the primary MemberNet user for your business received new login information via e-mail. If you do not have this, contact the membership department.
MemberNet Training – Through June 25
Training for the new MemberNet system runs through June 25. Make sure that someone from your organization attends one of these important training workshops, so that you can make the most out of your business presence on the new website. Below is a calendar of training dates and locations so that you may plan accordingly.

Important Information for Hotels/Venues and Meeting Service Providers
Meeting Planner Profile – Complete by June 25
If you are a Hotel/Venue or Meeting Service Provider, we need you to complete a meeting planner profile by June 25. Only members with a meeting planner profile will appear in the “Meeting Planner Hotel and Venue Search” or “Service Provider” results on the new website.
Please note that the website is in beta version prior to the June 30th public launch and we are continuing to refine content including copy, photography and links. However, if you encounter anything on the site that does not operate to your expectation, please let our team know by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
