The Corporation for Travel Promotion (CTP), created by the Travel Promotions Act of 2010, recently unveiled their new identity Brand USA, marking the first critical step to launching the country’s first coordinated global marketing effort dedicated to encouraging international travelers to the U.S.
The mission of Brand USA is to grow America’s share of the global travel market, thereby aiming to bring millions of new travelers from around the globe who spend billions of dollars in the U.S., leading to the creation of new American jobs.
The development of Brand USA began with tackling the challenge of defining such a diverse and expansive place as America. This video demonstrates the process used to begin this definition process. Along with a new logo that reflects this all-encompassing and inclusive brand position, Brand USA will begin rolling out their new identity, and is open for business.
