The ConVis Membership Team is thrilled to announce that we have achieved a record year in advertising sales for the 2012 Meeting Planner’s Guide (MPG). Exceeding the goal by almost 10%, this is a significant indication of the publication’s value to the industry, and the strong support it has gained from our members.
The MPG is an important tool used by our sales team to generate group meetings business for San Diego. Increased participation from our members means a more robust and comprehensive publication, which empowers our sales teams to provide more options and opportunities for clients. We have continued to see increases in the use of the publication, particularly with our digital edition, which showed a 35% increase in traffic from last year.
We’d like to thank all of our participating members who continue to support this publication through advertising placements. We will continue to improve both the quality and content for the coming years.
