San Diego was the proud host of this year’s finale of the California Travel & Tourism Commission’s United Kingdom Super Familiarization Tour (Fam). The top 60 travel agents from the UK and Ireland were in California from September 14 -22, on four different itineraries, all meeting up in San Diego for a series of finale events.
Attendees enjoyed a spectacular evening at SeaWorld San Diego’s New Turtle Reef exhibit, capping off the evening at the Glass Door at Porto Vista hotel. Participants headed to Café Coyote the next morning for brunch with 25 ConVis supplier members. Following the brunch the agents experienced a city tour on Old Town Trolley Tours ending at the Hotel Del Coronado where they were treated to a relaxing pool party at the Del, the perfect end to an activity packed week.
