This October, ConVis is partnering with Travelzoo to promote San Diego to 12 million of their email subscribers. The four-week program, which runs October 12- November 9, will include a dedicated landing page featuring San Diego content and co-op participant offers. The page will be highlighted as a “Feature Destination” article in Travelzoo’s Top 20 email blast, and will also be accessible via the Travelzoo homepage for four weeks. All co-op participant offers will link back to the partner’s website for direct booking/purchase, and all participant offers will also be live on Travelzoo’s site, within in each partner’s page. Participation was limited to the 6 hotel partners and 5 entertainment partners with the best offers as determined by Travelzoo.
ConVis partnered with Travelzoo on a similar promotion in March 2011. The March program included offers from four hotels and four entertainment partners. The campaign generated 511 room nights and more than $54k in revenue for hotel partners, and more than 339 tickets and more than $23.5k in revenue for entertainment partners.** Total revenue for participating members exceeded a combined total of $77,700.
