Alpine e-Waste Recycling Event – May 14

The second e-waste drop-off is scheduled for Saturday, May 14, from 10am to 1pm at the Alpine California Welcome Center at the Viejas Outlet Center in Alpine. In addition to dropping off e-waste, please consider donating functional electronic items. Our Alpine California Welcome Center is proud to be San Diego’s first East County used computer and electronics drop-off location for Computers 2 SD Kids, a growing local not-for-profit organization. Computers 2 SD Kids recycles and refurbishes computers then gives them to families in need across San Diego County.  The organization also assists families in obtaining training, technical support and discounted internet service necessary to achieve success in school and in the workplace.  Call 619.445.0180 for information on acceptable items.
