In the week leading up to the President’s Day holiday weekend, San Diego hotel demand rose by 40,000 room nights over the prior week to sell a total of 321,191 room nights. San Diego experienced unseasonably warm weather last week, with temperatures roughly 20 degrees above normal for this time of year.
