Weekly Hotel Performance Update – June 12 to June 18, 2022

San Diego County hotel demand continues to strengthen as the summer season heats up, increasing by more than 15,000 room nights over the previous week. Hotels throughout the county sold a total of 386,976 room nights last week, the most weekly room nights sold since July 2019. Summer has officially begun in San Diego with hotel demand rising sharply this week. For the week that began with the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, San Diego County hotels sold a total of 330,469 room nights, roughly 7,000 less than the week prior.
