JOE EUSTICE – Wyndham San Diego Bayside
Joe has served in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years overseeing all aspects of property management with Wyndham, Starwood, and Marriott Hotels & Resorts. In December 2013, he joined Wyndham San Diego Bayside as their general manager. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in business administration, Joe is also active in the community supporting rotary clubs, chambers of commerce, and medical center boards. In his personal life, Joe enjoys sports including swimming, football, and biking.
ANN CALLAHAN – Hillcrest House B&B
Growing up in rural Sacramento County, Ann entered the hospitality industry as a busser and dishwasher at a country club near her family’s small ranch. She received a bachelors degree from San Diego State University and began her professional career in Human Resources. She spent 11 years in food and beverage management for Princess Cruises before transitioning to Hyatt Hotels for 18 years. In 2005, Ann renovated a 104-year-old Craftsman home into the new popular Hillcrest House B&B. Ann is a current board member of the California Association of Boutique & Breakfast Inns and San Diego Hotel Motel Association. She enjoys the vibe and lifestyle of her historic neighborhood with her life partner Tim and their Yorkshire Terrier, Callie.
