- Top performing regions remain unchanged with South/East County properties averaging 61.8% occupancy, Northeast/Escondido at 54.7%, and Mission Valley at 46.2%.
- County ADR was $99 this week, ranking San Diego 8th among top markets and 4th in the western comp set (behind Los Angeles $111, Phoenix $107, and San Francisco $105).
- Regions with highest ADR continue with La Jolla Coastal at $182, Mission Bay at $136, and Downtown at $117.
- RevPAR was $37, ranking San Diego 7th among top markets and 3rd in the western comp set (behind Phoenix $54 and Los Angeles $50).
