In March 2020, Women in Tourism & Hospitality (W.I.T.H.) will host its inaugural conference in San Diego at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego-Mission Valley. The conference will bring together women professionals in recognition of their contributions to the industry while discussing current trends and challenges facing both the tourism and hospitality sectors.

Hattie Hill, President and CEO of the T.D. Jakes Foundation, will deliver the closing keynote address. As a Global Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Equity Pioneer, Hill’s address will discuss the importance of women leadership and how developing core competencies ensures successful career development.
The conference will run from March 19 through 20. Elected officials, educators, students, executives, entrepreneurs and more will also attend the event, demonstrating the wide depth and breadth of the industries influenced by and supporting the hospitality and tourism industries.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in the 5th Annual W.I.T.H. Awards Luncheon which will celebrate newly-announced honorees in a panel discussion highlighting their career successes, visions for the future and more.
