In the last full week of June 2019, hotels in most regions of San Diego experienced modest growth in occupancy rates as well as average daily rates. Occupancy rates ranged from 84.5% in Del Mar/Oceanside to 92.3% in Mission Bay. All but two regions saw growth over the same week last year, with properties in the I-15 Corridor improving the most at 12.1% growth followed by hotels in Escondido with 10.8% growth. Average daily rates ranged from $146.78 in Escondido to $262.75 in La Jolla. Properties in Escondido saw the most rise in ADR with 9.6% improvement from last year, followed by those in the I-15 Corridor with 8.4% growth.
