San Diego Lodging Performance – June 2-8, 2019

In the first week of June 2019, San Diego hotels saw occupancy rates average 78.8 percent while average daily rates rose to an average of $164.07 across the County. Occupancy rates ranged from 72.5 percent in La Jolla to 86.7 percent in Mission Bay. The only region to experience growth in occupancy this week was UTC, which gained by 1.6 percent. Average daily rates ranged from $123.80 in Escondido to $239.80 in La Jolla. Most regions saw growth in ADR for the week – properties in the I-15 Corridor led the rise with 9.3 percent improvement, followed by UTC and Escondido each with 4.8 percent growth.
