SDTA is Named the 2013 Convention & Visitor’s Bureau of the Year

For the 7th time and the second year in a row, the San Diego Tourism Authority (SDTA) was named the 2013 Convention & Visitor’s Bureau of the Year by the associates of ConferenceDirect.

The SDTA, which had a record year in FY12 selling 740,000+ room nights in group sales alone, was recognized for delivering exceptional service for groups meeting in San Diego, our customized site inspections, and for our partnership and support of ConferenceDirect.  The award was presented at the ConferenceDirect  2013 Annual Partner Meeting & Trade Show held in Las Vegas last month.
