Are you seeking motivated, eager and driven part-time employees? Consider hiring students from San Diego State’s Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM) and Recreation & Tourism Management (RTM) programs.
Students in these programs are required to gain real working experience in their fields, with an average of 20 hours a week for a semester’s credit. Many students stay on to continue their work and gain further experience. Both programs require students to find paid part-time positions in order to receive program credits.
- HTM students seek to gain experience through support roles in hotel operations, restaurant operations, meetings and events, or tribal gaming. For more information, download program flyer here.
- RTM students seek exposure to fieldwork and/or administrative roles in outdoor resource, recreation systems and sustainable tourism. For more information, download program flyer here.
