- Top performing regions remain South/East County at 75.8%, Northeast/Escondido at 66.8%, and Mission Valley at 56.9%.
- County ADR upticked to $135 this week, ranking San Diego 6th among top markets and 2nd in the western competitive market, behind Los Angeles at $143.
- Coastal regions remain with the highest ADR, with La Jolla at $244 and Mission Bay at $215.
