- Sunday through Wednesday nights sold an average of 30,000 room nights while Thursday sold close to 34,000.
- Friday and Saturday nights sold roughly 44,500 and 51,000 room nights, respectively.
- Saturday night occupancy ranged from mid-70s to low-90s throughout the county.
- County occupancy averaged 55.7% ranking San Diego 12th among top markets and 3rd in the western competitive set, behind Phoenix at 63.6% and Los Angeles at 61.2%.
- Top performing regions were South/East County at 74.7%, Northeast/Escondido at 69.9%, and Mission Valley at 58.3%.
- County ADR remained at $132 this week ranking San Diego 6th among top markets and 2nd in the western competitive set, behind Los Angeles at $139.
- Coastal regions continue to achieve highest ADR with La Jolla Coastal at $218, Mission Bay at $201, and Del Mar/Oceanside at $149.
