During the event, Cutwater Spirits and Puesto will share recipes for dishes and drinks that both locals and tourists line up to try. Grab these ingredients and join in on the fun May 7 at 3 p.m.
Cutwater Spirits Vodka Mule
Cutwater bar lead, Laura Price will join Yuseff Cherney on-site at Cutwater to make a fresh Vodka Mule during the May 7 Toast to Tourism event.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Cutwater vodka
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dash aromatic bitters
- Cutwater Ginger Beer
Directions
- Build in a tall glass, add ice and top with Cutwater Ginger Beer
- Serve in a copper mug
- Garnish with a lime wedge
Puesto Guacamole

- 4 avocados
- 1/2 white onion
- Small bunch cilantro
- 1/4 Habanero (or to taste)
- 1 oz. orange juice
- .5 oz. lime juice
- 2 tsp. salt
