Weekly Hotel Performance (April 12-April 18)

• From the lower supply of 54,387 hotel rooms open in the County, occupancy averaged 25% last week.
• Occupancy patterns remain the same for subregions with La Jolla in the low range at around 8% and the South / East region posting the high of 46%.
• The average daily rate was $93.37 and RevPAR averaged $23.25.
• Hotel room night demand is averaging between 90,000 and 95,000 room nights sold each week.
