Weekly Hotel Performance (March 22-28)

• Occupancy in the County averaged 24% last week with an average ADR of $101.40.
• Occupancies varied throughout the county with La Jolla Coastal the low at 7.5%, and South/East part of the County the high at 48%.
• The average daily rate in most areas was under $100.
• Hotel room revenues across U.S. markets continue to fall by more than 80%.
