- 2020 began with small gains in January and February coming off a soft first quarter in 2019.
- Demand grew 5.2 percent in the month of February boosting occupancy 2.8 percent to 77.5 percent in the County.
- Demand growth came from the transient market with Friday and Saturday nights posting the biggest gains in occupancy and ADR. Group occupancy fell 4.5 percent in the month.
- CYTD hotel demand was up 4.8 percent, growing occupancy to 73.8 percent, and the ADR slightly below last year (-0.7%) to $154 in the County.
