During the week including the Independence Day holiday, San Diego hotels experienced occupancy growth in some regions while average daily rates improved in most regions throughout the County. Occupancy rates ranged from 74.2% in the I-15 Corridor to 85.9% in Mission Bay. Properties in the I-15 Corridor improved occupancy the most by 6.3% over the same period last year, followed by properties in Escondido with 3.8% growth. ADR ranged from $133.01 in Escondido to $308.74 in La Jolla. Escondido hotels rose the most with 8.6% improvement over last year, followed by the I-15 Corridor with a 4.9% increase.
