The last full week of April in San Diego saw high occupancy rates increase among many regions over last year, along with steady average daily rate growth. Occupancy rates ranged from 75.3 percent in Escondido to 83.2 percent in UTC. Though some regions decreased in occupancy this week compared to last year, most improved, with Escondido leading with almost 13 percent growth, followed by properties in I-15 Corridor with 8 percent growth. Average daily rates ranged from $119 in Escondido to $240 in La Jolla. I-15 Corridor ADR grew the most this week with a 14 percent increase over last year, followed by Escondido with almost 11 percent growth.
