Two of San Diego’s most respected brands are joining forces in 2013 to drive even more tourism dollars into our local economy. San Diego Magazine and the San Diego Tourism Authority (SDTA) have entered into a new partnership to produce the 2013 San Diego Visitor Planning Guide, the official visitor’s resource guide for the region. With our like-minded goals to showcase all our city has to offer, the partnership is a natural fit and a win-win for each organization, as well as our city.
Production of the guide began on January 18. It will be published semi-annually with a Spring/Summer and a Fall/Winter edition in larger format, just like San Diego Magazine. It will be distributed to potential visitors through Visitor Information Centers, and by request through sandiego.org, sandiegomagazine.com and SDTA’s 800 number. New digital applications will also allow visitors to download content on demand via any device (Desktop, iPhone, Android or Tablet).
