We are excited to host PCMA’s (Professional Convention Management Association) annual Convening Leaders Conference in San Diego, from January 8 – 11, 2012.
In close collaboration with the San Diego Convention Center Corporation, our efforts over the past 18 months will culminate in this conference, which will be attended by almost 4,000 meetings industry professionals. The projected impact of hosting this conference is as follows:
- 300,000 new definite room nights produced and tracked based on the proposed metric of new definites booked in the 24-months following the event
- An ROI of 84:1 for the dollars spent to sponsor and host the conference
- A total economic impact to San Diego from projected bookings will exceed $1 billion
In San Diego, PCMA will jump start a strategic roadmap for the new year and network with valued industry colleagues. Discussions and keynote speeches will address trends and innovations for meetings and events in the coming year.
