Romantic Weekend in Coronado Media Tour
PR Manager Robert Arends hosted consumer lifestyle and regional travel for a timeless and romantic tour of Coronado. The four-day itinerary included accommodations at the Glorietta Bay Inn, meals at the Hotel del Coronado, Loews Coronado Bay Resort, Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa, Chez Loma, and the new Leroy’s Kitchen + Lounge. Other activities included biking, a gondola ride, historic walking tour, and attending a play at Lamb’s Players Theater. Media hosted included Orange County Bride Magazine, JustLuxe.com, and AAA Texas Journey Magazine.
A Well-Seasoned Taste of San Diego Media Tour
PR Manager Candice Eley hosted a group of international food and travel media on a “Taste of San Diego” Media Tour. The four-day itinerary included meals and accommodations at JSix and Hotel Solamar, and meals at the Blueprint Café, Stone Brewing Co. World Bistro & Gardens, Eclipse Chocolat, Viva Pops, El Take it Easy, Extraordinary Desserts, A.R. Valentien, and Starlite Lounge. Other activities included visits to Wynola Farms in Julian and Suzie’s Farm in South Bay. Media hosted included GoodLifeEats.com, FoodRepublic.com, and London Free Press.
Grand Tour of California – China Media Tour
PR Director Joe Timko hosted a group of Chinese media in partnership with Visit California. The full-day itinerary included lunch at SeaWorld, a tour of the USS Midway Museum, dinner at Café Coyote in Old Town and accommodations at THE US GRANT. Media hosted included Grand Tour Magazine, Youku (China’s No. 1 YouTube); Top Travel Magazine (print and online), and coverage on pop celebrity Zhang Ya Dong’s micro-blog who traveled with the group.
