Annualized Membership and New Rates Effective 7/1

To continue to improve our Membership program, the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors has approved two changes to our current plan:
1.    A common annual renewal date
2.    Consolidated member dues structure with new rates

Common Renewal Date
Members with billing dates between January and June have already been pro-rated and annual membership will be due July 1, 2011.
Members with billing dates between July and December will be pro-rated on the billing month through June 30, 2012.
By July 1, 2012, all ConVis Members will have the same annual renewal date.

Consolidated Rate Structure
ConVis’ Membership Committee and Board of Directors have consolidated 17 member dues levels in 60 categories, plus hotel dues, simplifying the process for our partners. The rates go into effect on July 1, 2011 and will be fully implemented during the next six months with membership renewal.
