In the 39th week of 2018, San Diego hotels saw occupancy rates ranging from 68% to 87%, with those in the UTC area and downtown recording the highest at just over 87%. Year over year, all regions had positive occupancy growth during this week, except for Del Mar/Oceanside. Average Daily Rates across the county ranged from $109 in Escondido up to $245 in La Jolla, roughly the same range from week 39. The highest ADR growth was seen at properties in the Point Loma/Airport area at 11% over last year. The highest revenue per available room was in La Jolla at $199, but it was hotels in Mission Valley and Point Loma/Airport with the highest percentage of growth, each at about 22% over last year.
