Macomb, Michigan, resident Troy Lally is the Grand Prize winner of the “San Diego is Calling” Video Competition. Lally’s winning 90-second video, which spoofs the SDCVB’s original call-for-entries video, was chosen by a public vote on the final five videos, narrowed down from 23 total submissions from around the United States.
