Our advertising agency, MeringCarson, drafted concepts leveraging San Diego’s “Sunny Outlook” platform, based on preferences of key stakeholders and board members. In May, hotels in San Diego County saw YOY gains in RevPAR of 1.9 percent to $78.38 as a result of a 1.6 percent growth in occupancy, to 66.2 percent, while ADR was virtually flat at $118.36.
