RevPAR Up for Sixth Consecutive Month

 

In April, San Diego County hotels saw YOY gains in RevPAR of 2.5 percent to $80.54 as a result of a 2.5 percent growth in occupancy to 68.1 percent, while ADR was virtually flat at $118.20.
The month marked six consecutive months of RevPAR growth improvements and 17 months of consistent gains in occupancy; ADR increased in nine of the last 11 months.For the month of April 2011:
